❋
With over 15 years of experience photographing children in daycare settings, I offer well-organized graduation photo sessions that take place directly at your daycare. The process is designed to be quick, smooth, and easy for both staff and children.
What the Photo Day Looks Like
The photo session is designed to fit easily into the daycare schedule.
- A photo setup is brought directly to your daycare
- Each child is photographed individually
- Each session takes about 1–5 minutes per child, depending on the child
- Children return to their classroom right after their photo
Because the setup is simple and efficient, the entire process moves quickly and does not interrupt the normal flow of the day.
Photo Style
Graduation portraits are designed to be timeless, natural, and joyful.
Children are photographed individually in a simple graduation setup that celebrates this special moment before they begin kindergarten.
Options may include:
- classic cap and gown portraits
- a choice of several backdrops
- natural expressions and genuine smiles
Easy Ordering for Parents
After the photo day, parents will receive envelope with samples and options to order
- professional quality images
- multiple print options available (we offer the standard photos sizes 4x6, 5x7, 8x10)
- group photos with every order
There is no cost for the daycare. The daycare receives group photos for the teachers and for your archive
What We Need From the Daycare
Very little is required from the daycare team.
Typically we only need:
- an indoor space for the photo setup
- a staff member to help send children, and marked them ‘photographed’ in the list
The rest of the process is fully managed so that it stays simple for the daycare staff.
Typical Timeline
A typical graduation photo day is quick and organized.
- setup takes about 40 minutes
- children are photographed individually in two poses with and without the graduation cap
- sessions usually take 60-90 minutes depending on the group size
Booking Information
Graduation photo sessions are typically scheduled during March and April, so the parents can receive their pictures at the end of May or beginning of June when actually is your graduation ceremony.
